Seat Accommodation for Passengers with Disabilities
At Solaseed Air, we do everything that we can do to provide passengers with disabilities with their desired seat accommodation.
We kindly request passengers to whom one or more of the following applies to contact us before they travel.
(Example)
- Passengers with leg impairments who are unable to maneuver over fixed armrests and therefore require an aisle seat with a movable armrest
- Passengers who have difficulty moving from the on-board wheelchair to their seat

Passengers accompanied on their flight by a caregiver and who desire adjoining seats
(for assistance while eating and visual/hearing support) - Passengers with visual/hearing impairments who require assistance from assisting person in an adjoining seats
- Passengers who require a seat with extra legroom
- Passengers who require extra legroom as they are unable to bend their legs due to illness or injury, etc.
- Passengers accompanied by a guide dog, hearing dog, mobility assistance dog or other service dogs
At Solaseed Air, we do everything that we can do to provide passengers with disabilities with their desired seat accommodation (including fares that do not allow seat reservation).
We kindly request passengers to whom one or more of the following applies to contact us before they travel.

- Passengers with leg impairments who are unable to maneuver over fixed armrests and therefore require an aisle seat with a movable armrest
- Passengers who have difficulty moving from the on-board wheelchair to their seat
- Passengers who require a seat with extra legroom
- Passengers who require extra legroom as they are unable to bend their legs due to illness or injury, etc.
- Passengers with intellectual disability
- Passengers using auxiliary devices for fastening the upper body (assist seats, support belts, and other aids)
- Passengers who require non-routine medical assistance when boarding the aircraft
- Passengers using on-board medical oxygen cylinders, portable oxygen concentrators (POCs), artificial respirators, incubators, or other medical devices designated by us
- Passengers who must be accompanied by a caregiver in the adjacent seat due to disabilities, and passengers providing assistance in the adjacent seat
- Passengers accompanied by a guide dog, hearing dog, mobility assistance dog or other service dogs
