Registration of Assistance Information
Customers who require or request special assistance when boarding can register assistance information on the Solaseed Air website.
Types of information you can register
Walking ability (need or no need for a wheelchair, the battery type and electricity category of wheelchair, etc.)
If you have walking disability, you can register your information including “walking ability (going up and down stairs, transferring on board),” “whether or not to check in a wheelchair,” and “type of your wheelchair (manual or electric-powered, whether the wheelchair is foldable).”
Pregnancy status (estimated date of delivery and doctor’s contact information)
If you are pregnant, you can register your estimated date of delivery, health condition, doctor’s contact information, etc. Please note that even if you have registered information, you may be required to submit your doctor’s medical certificate to the airport counter on the day of your flight.
Children Traveling Alone (Solaseed Kids)
If you are using the “Children Traveling Alone (Solaseed Kids),” you can register your information. Even if you have registered through the Solaseed Air website, you will need to submit an application form on the day of boarding. For more information, please refer to “Children Traveling Alone (Solaseed Kids).”
Customers with visual or hearing and speech disabilities
If you have a visual, hearing, or other disability, you can register your information at the time of reservation.
How to register assistance information
STEP1
Please select your desired place of departure, destination, and flight date on the Solaseed Air website, and then click the Search button.
STEP2
Select your desired flight and enter the passenger information on the “Enter Passenger Information” screen.
STEP3
Press the “+” (plus) button next to “Assistance Information” at the bottom of the “Enter Passenger Information” screen.
STEP4
If you have a walking, visual, hearing, or speech disability, you can register your assistance information here.
Check the item(s) you would like to register and then tap “Next.”
- If you are pregnant or would like to apply for the “Children Traveling Alone (Solaseed Kids)” service, please register your information after your reservation is complete.
STEP5
For customers who have selected “Have difficulty walking,” please register your walking ability, whether or not to check in a wheelchair, whether the wheelchair is foldable, the type of your wheelchair (manual or electric-powered), and the battery type.
STEP6
If you would like to change or register your assistance information after making a reservation, please press the “Change” button on the “Passenger Information” entry screen on the “Reservation Details” page and register your assistance information.
